Afternoon all,

Slightly leftfield 1 this, but here goes.

I'm making low budget short film that requires a retractable car aerial (the old school type) to be fitted to some ear defenders. Can anyone help? I guess it'd require drilling a hole in the ear defenders, inserting the aerial and sticking it in place with some kind of glue.

I can't pay industry rates, but I can supply the parts, give you a credit in the film and enough dosh for a few pints at your leisure. Not much, but then again it'd take the right person about 10 mins to do.

Retracting aerials are pretty long even when retracted. At least a foot long! They just disappear into a door pillar or car wing. Then there's the car battery required to operate it ...

Can't think of an easy way to do this.
