Best estate agent for rentals

We might be moving overseas at the end of this year and are considering renting out our house until we are fully settled.

Just wondering if anyone has any advice on which estate agents to use for a fully managed let and what sort of fees they charge?

Out of the five estate agents I have dealt with in the past in London, Daisy Lets was the one and only that acted professionally, fixed things quickly when they needed fixing, and didn't try to fleece us, steal our deposit claiming non-existent damage, etc.

However, they don't seem to have a huge portfolio (not too many properties, neither for sale nor for rent); if you think advertising with RightMove is enough, I'd recommend them. If you want access to a book of existing clients, probably best to look elsewhere.
