Excuse me if this has been covered elsewhere, does anyone have the lowdown on the corner shop currently under refit on Upland Road?

The old Design Six shop diagonally opposite The Ideal Caf?.

I agree it's better than it being empty and then developed into flats but...another estate agent? If theres a crash in the property market ED is going to turn into a ghost town.
