Aupair pay - thoughts?

Hello,

We are new to the aupair situation and wonder what the local rates are for aupairs (basic allowance before pay for extra babysitting etc)?

Would appreciate your thoughts, I know that there are some national guidance on aupair world but have noticed that those rates might not be in line with local rates other aupairs get [certainly in hackney where we are now, moving to Dulwich soon].
