Fly tippers on Melbourne Grove

Someone has fly tipped loads of pieces of wood , kitchen units etc in front of the former Angel Upholstery , on Melbourne Grove . I've reported to Southwark council. Hopefully not linked to the earlier post about fly tipping.

There is fly tipping all over East Dulwich. If we had a new thread about every incidence of fly tipping we'd be here all night.

Also, why shouldthey? Someone will have paid for that skip for their own stuff. How would you like it Uncleglen if you'd paid several hundred for a skip and then someone else filled it?

So shortsighted of them to have charged for bulky waste. It costs considerably more to clear fly tipping. I'd be interested to know the annual cost difference since they introduced a charge. Is there a way to find out

Maybe they should introduce more places where stuff can be taken for free. Often one man's / woman's trash is another's Treasure!!!!! Encourages up cycling and reuse!

really? Who would bear the cost of that - and besides, it would encourage people dumping stuff, and likely reduce the freecycling that goes on.
