estate agents in Peckham/east dulwich

I am about to put my house on the market, after an attempt last year that wasn't conclusive. Over the last 2 years i have got in touch with several, and before settling on one, would like to hear a few more opinions.

I would be interested in your experience and feed back on agents in terms of their coming up with the goods, honest valuations, delivering the terms, straightforward realistic appraisal and descriptions and lack of bullshit.

Any feedback would be useful.

Pedders were good for us. really straightforward, no messing around.

And they are a south london agent so good with local knowledge.

not pedder Dulwich Village - poor comms and grossly overestimated the price then a couple of months later recommended dropping it by 20%! told me it was difficult at the bottom of the market..... shocking when the property was more than ?600k!

My house is in Pechkam and, its a small house. I have found there was a certain attitude from some Dulwich agents, both as to location and size that meant they were not as helpful as one could hope.
