Really, no honestly really? Now reverse the scene, if I'd put something similar to Jahs guff on here and he'd responded the way I have would you have come back with the same crap. No of course not. I hate the club because of crap like that posted by Jah. If he hadn't put that on here. I wasn't going to mention our 4th place, because it's not a trophy. But he decided to kick a hornets nest so screw him.

Yes congratulations for having the stamina to see it through. A mixed bag of a season - came top once, scored nil points to win the first misere cup, now dead last but with a Champions League final to come - as an Iron I'd settle for that too :)

No probs RC, Ots & maxxi.

Overall I thought it was successful for a first attempt. Especially as apart from Mick, no one lost interest in the last few weeks. The first season was always going to have a few problems/anomolies. The main one being whether to have the maxxi or not. If we do, it's value will definitely drop, with hindsight 5 points was too generous. If it's much lower, say 2 points, there will be no need for the 75% rule either. There's a good argument for not having the maxxi at all next season. It was only introduced to give latecomers some points as an incentive to join in. Next season, come the big kick off, we should all be starting off together, ...11 and a half weeks and counting.


Champions League finalists (AM & mx) don't forget to PM your predictions to me before the big kick-off this Saturday evening...

      Agreed, he should not be held accountable over the mess up over release of prisoners. On the other hand he did himself no favours with his gaffes on the BBC Master Mind programme where he passed on five questions. Where he did answer, here are some of his responses.... When asked who succeeded Henry VIII, Lammy incorrectly answered “Henry VII,” When asked which French scientist won Nobel prizes for both physics and chemistry?” Lammy responded with “Antoinette” When asked which fortress was built to defend Paris and later used as a prison, he answered “Versailles".       Probably by working as a banker for a decade before being an MP, being married to another high earner, and using some of the accommodation allowance that all out-of-town MPs receive. https://www.theipsa.org.uk/news/why-do-mps-need-an-accommodation-budget Tbh mate if someone in her position couldn't work out a mortgage to buy a house in suburban London, they probably shouldn't be Chancellor in the first place...
