Bread making

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I?m thinking of running some bread making classes from my home and wondered if there is any interest out there?

We would make bagels, soda bread, flat bread and a focaccia for you to take home and bake.

The day would start at 9.30 and finish around 3pm, most likely a week day.

You would take home the bread that you have baked and I would provide a light lunch and refreshments.

The cost is ?60.

I can be flexible with dates so if you wanted to get a group of friends together (5 min/6 max) we can work out a suitable date.

I also bake sourdough and could do a class on that if enough people are interested.

I have attached some photos of my bread.

Thank you

Sophie

    • No. I'm just genuinely interested to know why you continue to live in a place which you consider to be "lawless", and where you don't feel safe. Interesting turn of phrase, though, given your views of East Dulwich and Central London, "all guns blazing".
    • I feel safe.  I've suffered my own share of crime in London, and also elsewhere in the UK and world.  But I still feel safe  For those giving personal rather than objective cures about crime, and speculating, I suggest that you attend your SNT meeting.
    • WoW Sue, all guns blazing.
    • So you don't feel safe in London, but you don't want to live elsewhere? What do you do, barricade yourself in your home and never venture out? I have my eyes (sic)  open. Yes there is crime in London. That doesn't make London "lawless".
