One day a Week Nursery

Hi, I am trying to find a nursery for my 2 Years old just for one day a week.

Can anyone help or guide in the right direction please?

Gumboots take children for one day a week. Though there is a long waiting list - worth speaking to them. Some nurseries don't take kids for one day as they feel they don't settle but some do and depending on your day you may not have to wait as long. Fridays seem to be the best day as lots of children are 3 or 4 days a week.

I did find with my first that one day a week was quite tough, he never really settled. When after a year or so we went up to 2 days in a row, he seemed much happier. Then again, maybe he was just very sensitive to that sort of thing.

Hi I work at a Nursery in west Dulwich. I do find that the children that are there more than one day a week do settle better. I'm currently on maternity leave but I was working at Rainbow Smiles day Nursery. Its A five day a week nursery but you can put your child in as long as you want. Im pretty sure they have spaces. The staff there are lovely. Its 117 Rosendale road if your interested and the owner is called Tariq. Hope this helps.
