look after your cats

A call to all cat owners, please make sure you keep your cats in at night. Whilst walking down Ulverscroft Road this morning I saw the most distressing sight of a dead cat with its head missing, my guess having been attacked by foxes. I saw two guys from the council and they were going to remove the cat and the owner can contact the council to get it.

our black cat Sammy has been missing since last night - I'm really worried it might be him - We're on crystal palace road backing onto ulverscroft - was the cat completely black? he is micro-chipped but guess if the cat was that badly attacked that might be useless - my mobile is 07958961396

It's very rare for foxes to attack cats....mainly because they come off worse...and especially in an urban area where food is plentiful. We can't know how the poor little thing died unfortunately.
