womanofdulwich
I seem to have come to pollen allergies late in life, on top of becoming asthmatic at age 30. I have just realised that sleeping with the windows open makes allergies much worse. Has anyone invested in one of those electric machines that filter the air and cool the room at the same time -some are very expensive. ?Any advice welcome Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/197283-pollen-allergies-and-heat/ Share on other sites
Robert Poste's Child
I first got asthma in my early 20s. I don't bother with a machine but just keep the windows shut at night (my flat's ground floor anyway) or pull down the blind as that catches most of it. Recently I've also started using a bedspread instead of leaving the duvet pulled back to air all day like I used to, and that seems to make a difference.
