Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knows of any fitness classes for mums to be in the area? I want to be as active as I can for as long as possible so would be very grateful for any advice.

I am not interested in personal training for this purpose so no need to PM me your prices if you are a PT.

However if you are a group trainer or attend a any group sessions yourself I would love to hear from you!

Many Thanks

I used to go to a pregnancy fitness class at JAGs on a Mon night. It was really good, not uncomfortably demanding but not too tame either and was a drop in so could go when you wanted without committing to loads of sessions in advance.

There was a pregnancy yoga class there on a tues night also that I went to a couple of times but I just ended up buying a yoga dvd and used that instead.

Enjoy!

Afternoon,

Here at JAGS Sports Club we have two different sesisons for mums to be. LEGS, BUMS and PREGNANT TUMS is on a Sunday evening at 6.30pm and PREGNANCY YOGA which is on a Tuesday at 7pm. Both are drop in sessions.

For more information please do not hesiate to contact the club on 0208 613 6500

Many thanks

Not just the uk economy! energy prices a result of the Russian invasion, something Johnson said would never happen and as we seek to remove ourselves from non-renewable and Russian controlled natural resources, we have Tories and reform condemning Labour for pursuing renewables. Something most other sane countries are doing  We must also not forget the mad relative in the attic.  Brexit.  Something which contributed massively both to the black hole and to the foreseeable future lack of growth  (this is something starmer has also bizarrely tied himself to. Presumably in an attempt to placate the media/loons who think it was a good idea but which will fail in both aims)
