Lordship Lane's Nighttime Economy

Went for a pub crawl up Lordship Lane on Saturday and was surprised how empty all but a few of the pubs were. I rarely get out on a Saturday night as I have two very young children, but is it usual for it to be so quiet?

What time are you referring to? As I came up the Lane on my return from everywhere looked rather busy... If one classes customers spilling out onto the road busy of course :)

Might be down to the unseasonably warm weather...Punters might be having barbecues or going to pubs with big beer gardens. The LL pubs aren't exactly blessed in terms of outdoor space.

I was in the EDT, Black Cherry, and Adventure bar on Saturday, between 4pm and about 11. EDT was packed, Cherry reasonably busy, Adventure pretty quiet, but was filling up as I left.

I retired to the good old CPT for a quiet one.

It was at one point invaded by zillions of people on a pub crawl, I've never seen so many people in there!
