How disgusting is your man and why?

I'd like to nominate someone else's man, the one I passed at about 9pm tonight as he he walked down the hill from Sydenham Hill station towards Dulwich Village. There were a few others in front of him and behind, and he was smartly dressed in a dark suit, so I assumed he'd just got off a train and was coming home from work. As I cycled past in the other direction, he stopped and took a load of papers or packaging out of his bag and chucked it into someone's garden. I called, 'I saw that', but he just stared and carried on walking.

He has dark skin, I should think Indian subcontinent in origin, late 40s, bit overweight. So that man's partner's reading this, he needs a serious talking-to.

How do you know it wasn't his own garden, or his x wife's garden, even so, not a nice thing to do.
