Anyone here used Buyacar?

Has anyone ever bought a used car from Buyacar? If you have would you recommend them?

I need to buy a car but hate the whole car dealer / private sale schlepping around part. Buyacar looks like a good idea but I've seen mixed reviews about it.

We used carwow which is similar and it was brilliant. You put in the make, model, spec, etc and then dealerships give you their offer prices and bid for your business. Saved us thousands on list price. Gave me confidence when I went into dealership knowing I couldn?t be up-sold unnecessarily. In theory I didn?t have to go to dealership but I wanted to do a test drive too. Think they do new and used cars.

+1 for CarWow. We ended up going to Kings Lynn to buy our car but we saved a significant amount on the price by doing this.
