Places to stay in East Dulwich

My parents are coming to visit me the last weekend of September and have been trying to book a room with a private bathroom on Air BnB. This ain?t proving very successful as many places seem to be booked or not available. Does anyone have any suggestions, be it a BnB or even a room available in a house? Thank you for any help, much appreciated!

The lilac house in dulwich is lovely or the all in one pub just behind forest hill station has rooms to rent.

Victoria pub has rooms, my sister stayed there and said it was nice.

My inlaws decided to stay at the Victoria Inn in Peckham - they?ll be staying there in about two weeks time so I?ll be able to update then as to the experience!

The crown and greyhound in Dulwich has rooms that are lovely - not sure of cost
