Frightened GSD/Alsation spotted running loose today

There is a very scared German Shepherd running loose today. It has a muzzle and coke chain on and looks young. It was running too and fro on Forest Hill Rd at lunch time and has been spotted in Upland Rd this afternoon. The poor thing is very, very scared and will be hard to catch. If anyone knows who this dog belongs to, please let them know that it has been seen. I hope it gets home safe and sound:(

I saw the dog this am running up henslowe road. I just saw a dog from the lounge window and was expecting an owner but no one was to be seen.
