2 x children?s cabin single beds (solid pine). With safety side bars and easy to use flat-stepped ladder. (Handmade in Dorset)

These fit perfectly into those tricky alcove spaces and are slightly lower than many cabin beds, so our children have used them (without incident!) since they were five years old.

Provides perfect space for storage underneath - eg fits Ikea Trofast storage units in either combination - see photos

*Please note* these are sold without mattresses. We bought these ones which have served us well: http://babymattressesonline.co.uk/custom-size-mattress-190-x-76-cm. They are traditional coil sprung mattresses and we went for 15cm deep ones, which are slightly shallower than many mattresses (we were advised that 15cm is the recommended depth for a mattress to be used on a mid-height cabin bed). They have detachable, washable bamboo covers which are also breathable.
