As we are new to the area I was wondering if anybody could point out some nice/children friendly streets around ED (we live close too North Cross road) for tomorrow?s trick or treating?!

We had experiences before where not all the houses are happy having children hang on the doors.

Thank you in advance

There's also a Halloween trail in Sydenham on the high street and a Halloween celebration in Herne Hill in the square outside the station. Other than that don't think there are any closed off roads - there were some street parties at the weekend, but can't think of anything tomorrow night. Some streets seem to go more 'all out' for it than others though!

    • I hadn't looked at the actual posts on Instagram. That's sad, then. The shop opening hours are still shown at the top of the page. I  guess changing them wasn't uppermost in her mind under the circumstances.
    • I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.
