Is bus 37 from ED towards ND really packed at 8:15-8:30am?

We may move back to ED (from Herne Hill) in Jan/Feb and for a few months we will need to take our preschooler to her nursery school on Half Moon lane... with smaller toddler in tow (in a Maclaren buggy as still in early toddler stage).

Is this (especially the buggy) doable from the Dulwich hospital (or Derwent Grove) stop in Putney direction or is the bus absolutely packed with school kids (thinking Charter) at that time of day?

Hi, I've been on a couple of times with the buggy at 8.30-8.45ish and its been busy (schoolkids plus commuters going to Brixton tube) but not packed.

I'd have thought you'd be quicker to walk that, even with preschooler in tow, given the wait for the bus and the amount of traffic there usually is along there at that time in the morning...

Yep, I'd say try to get hold of a buggy board and walk if the weather isn't too awful - shouldn't be much more than a 10min walk.

Hm maybe it's not too far on her scooter then. Manoeuvring our buggy with a board and 18kg heavy 3.5yo is quite a pain! We'll do a test run...
