Seems to me that they fixed a major leak and distributed water pretty quickly considering it was a weekend and access to contractors and support staff would have been limited. The information about rerouting the water from another area was poor - first it was imminent, and then it was a few hours away, and then it took 24+ hours, but I think they did a pretty good job, all things considered.
Have to agree, I didn't find it particularly debilitating. There was something quite novel about going au natural without a shower for a few days and a good reminder of how lucky I am to be able to assume water's there when I need it. Don't think I'll be filing a claim.

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
