Train from Lewisham Station to Ladywell takes three minutes, from there 200m walk across the park to the hospital. Or the P4 goes from Dulwich/Lordship Lane estate/Horniman to Ladywell.

There is a very good argument to increase the number of 37 buses from the current 10m frequency, or 15m in the later evenings - on a day with a poor service it feels like a lot longer between buses, and there are no travel options for this route.

Connecting ED to Herne Hill trains and Brixton tube is key... the 37 route should be every 7-8 mins like other key buse routes (3/68/185 etc).

Why does asking your neighbors if they agree that the buses could be better entice such rudeness ?

I disagree with your "summary".

"Have you actually been Proactive" - I have. If you ask nicely I'll share it with you.

    • Yes tell the police..give them a description… what is the case for describing here, it’s irrelevant information. What’s the percentage of people in ED fitting that description. I’m sure the Daily Mail thinks all the irrelevant information about ‘migrants’ , ‘single mothers’  ‘etc etc is ‘fine’. Once on social media it instantly affects what people think and that’s the issue. It matters.    https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2025/jun/27/black-children-arrested-london-more-likely-criminalised-than-white-children
    • Some people find witnessing crime distressing. Maybe the poor OP was just rattled and wanted to let off steam here. Give them a break. It's the rest of you who jumped down their throat that require a little self reflection.
    • actually narrowed down to a woman and black and 30 years old.
    • Were they short, tall, skinny, had a limp, hat? No hat? So narrowed down to ‘black’. What are we supposed to do with that information and why give it.  Some self reflection is required.
