Goose Green Primary School - Classroom Air Purifiers

Goose Green Primary School now has air purifiers in every classroom. It is so far the only school in Southwark to have done this and has done so with funding from Southwark Council and additional support from Marylebone Services and Suzanne James Catering.

Whilst this is not the long-term solution to London's air pollution crisis, Goose Green School recognises the urgency of the issue for young lungs and is putting mitigation measures in place as well as long-term education/policy/behavioural change.

This is such a great initiative. Would be great to see more local schools doing similar work, the green screen is a really positive addition to the area and looks great.

Good on them for doing something about it. It's a poor state of affairs though that schools need to take measures such as this.
