macutd
Just went outside my house in Trossachs rd to find my scooter missing. Only to find it slightly up the road with the ignition broken the steering lock broken and the apron torn. The attempted thieves had tried to take it but didn't successfully wheel it away, so dumped it. They had also tried to have a go at my neighbours shooter as his apron was also down.I hadn't chained it up for the night. Obviously i will be chaining up when I get off it in future.Watch out !! edcam
I gave up on having a scooter in ED 15 years ago. Unless you can lock it down completely you won?t keep it. bobbsy
Absolutely positively needs to be (heavily) chained. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/213234-scooter-stolen/#findComment-1302202 Share on other sites
