Dear mums and dads,

I?m a professional newborn/infant nanny and NVQ 3 qualified nursery school teacher with 22 years extensive experience and glowing references. I?ve had a baby boy born April 2018 and I?m currently on maternity leave. I?m looking for a lovely family with a baby of the same or similar age to mine who would be happy for me to bring my baby along. I?ve done many nanny share and twin positions and believe it?s very important for babies to have another baby to interact and play with whilst being looked after in their home environment. I?m available to start ASAP. I live in Nunhead/Peckham and looking for a position within 15-20 minutes drive from my home.

For further information please feel free to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Lucia,

Any possibility you'd be interested in something short term? Our nanny is on maternity leave and we'd arranged another nanny to cover for her, but that nanny just cancelled (she was meant to start on Monday). Our daughter is 14 months old. We'd be looking for childcare three days a week, Mon-Wed, from 7:30am-5:30pm. We're based in West Dulwich, near Rosendale Primary. We need someone from now until the beginning of April. Let me know if you think this might work!

Thanks,

Emily

    • Yes, it would be great to see them nationalised. Along with the other water companies they seem to have a great business model: -submit a 5 year plan to the regulator asking for yearly price increases to cover the cost of improving the infrastructure and get them to approve it - carry on paying handsome dividends to shareholders and eye watering salaries to senior executives  - fail to achieve the infrastructure targets at the end of the five years, make some excuses and draw up the next plan Magic!
    • Avoid KFH. Agree with other comments that it is best to talk to lots of people.  Also, (not particularly related to the above agent), I wish I had read the reviews a lot more, rather than relying on numbers.  Depending on whether you are renting, letting, selling or buying the reviews often differ a lot depending on the relationship you have with the agent and it is worth checking whether the good/bad reviews match your situation.
