Pollypops
Hi All,I'm moving into a new flat in Highwood Close on Lordship Lane in two weeks. I'm trying to find out how I can get a parking permit for one of the parking spaces outside the flat. Unfortunatly the letting agent isn't being very helpful in giving any contact details for arranging this.Is anyone able to help? Would like to have this sorted in time for my move date. Thanks for any help in advance!Polly Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/21491-highwood-close-parking-permit/ Share on other sites
hertburs
Polly. We live there too. You should persist with the agent if the flat was advertised with an allocated parking space. They are paid to deal with this. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/21491-highwood-close-parking-permit/#findComment-515032 Share on other sites
carlak
Polly - I also live there. If you have an allocated parking space, ie one of the numbered ones, the current tenant should have it, so the letting agent will have to get it from them for you. There are also general building parking spaces, which the letting agent will have to source for you.You should be OK to park in for a few days without a pass. I saw the parking guys there the other day, and they usually dont turn up that often, unless someone complains. Pollypops
Thanks for the advice! It seems that flat doesn't come with allocated parking rather that we have use of various 'guest' parking spaces. Hopefully it will all work out. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/21491-highwood-close-parking-permit/#findComment-515248 Share on other sites
