Parquet Floor to restore - any recommendations?

Hi all,

I have a beautiful parquet floor (currently under carpet but I have full photos to show a restorer/carpenter - some of it is a little loose), has anyone had any similar work done and have somebody they could please recommend?

He can sand, repair and finish in a variety of finishes.

Very good but also very tricky to get hold of so persistenace required.
