The forum isn't very enthusiastic about changing people's usernames - it can often make nonsense of threads because people will refer to the original username in their posts but the source will seem to have disappeared.

In the first instance it's easier to simply register again under a different username.

Whilst multiple usernames are frowned upon, if you don't use the original name again after the swap, I suspect Admin will turn a blind eye ;-)

Or chose a random / silly user name with little thought when you first register to give away some things in a house move and then put up with it for years as you get drawn gradually and increasingly into the EDF world, before you know it you've posted too much and it would be somehow dishonest to then change it....

    • It was a bit of a jump by me from Cyclemonkey seeing a similar presence at London Bridge. Larnaca wouldn't have brought a huge amount of fans, but it was the first time Palace have hosted a competitive European tie. There's the issue of Northern Cyprus and heightened media interest around footy because of the Villa Maccabi game at the moment, so that may have had a bearing on the scale of the operation. It does seem unlikely if it was at four o'clock, though.
