HIP PILATES (High Intensity, Power Pilates, classes combine pilates precision with cardiovascular training for a high intensity, energetic exercise class, using light hand weights (optional), to improve arm strength and tone.

A flowing, low impact class (no jumping), including squats, lunges, planks (options offered), core strength and dynamic stretching.

Excellent cross training for runners/cyclists and as a stand-alone workout.

  Thanks. I'll call them shortly as I could get there without the car. That's good of Sainsburys! We've done the apple pie and tart thing, an ongoing muesli thing and the coleslaw thing - just not sure what effect all the sugars are having on our digestive tracts. If we were in Somerset and had a press, I'd consider it. Can't be that diffcult, can it?

  One time Sainsbury's delivered 6 bags of apples instead of 6 single apples which I couldn't possibly get through. I phoned Pecan in Peckham to ask if they would accept them despite their website stating no fresh foods. I must have phoned at just the right time as they were happy to accept them. Sainsburys gave me a refund so the donation was courtesy of them. Or you could experiment with all kinds of apple recipes and write a blog about it
