Hello,

I teach yoga and run mobility and movement classes and workshops in London. I am now offering both private yoga lessons and mobility and movement coaching, as well as online coaching. If you are looking to get better at movement, develop your flexibility and strength and increase your range of movement, my in person or online mobility and movement coaching is available to book. If you are just looking to start a yoga practice, then I offer private yoga lessons in the comfort of your own home (there is also the option to come to me).

  Thank you! She is both spayed and microchipped, and reported missing on Petlog and with the vets. She normally never goes out the front, certainly for never more than 10-15 minutes, so this is definitely new territory for her. There is lots of dense foliage across the road so there are plenty of places she could be hiding if she is spooked, so we are hoping she will come back when she is calm. The weather isn't helping, she never goes out in the rain. Thank you again!

  Hi, Have you been letting her out the front door onto the street or would this be a first & therefore unfamiliar with the area? Does she respond to a name & is she spayed & microchipped? Our team carry scanners on our daily routes & will of course be looking our for her. I hope you are reunited with her soon.
