Free Teen Yoga class

Tomorrow we start the 6 day Advanced YogaBeez Children's Yoga Teacher training at Gaia Studio, Peckham.

We are exploring all the amazing benefits yoga and mindfulness have to offer teens going through this incredibly challenging part of life.

As part of the training we are offering a free teen class on Tuesday 9th April from 4-5pm.

Gaia Studio, 20 Maxted Road, SE15 4LF.
