Good Counsellor in East Dulwich

I was wondering if anyone could recomemnd a good counsellor in East Dulwich/Peckham area.

I was thinking CBT opposed to tradiotional counselling where yiou talk and they listen, don't give any guidance.

Almost need a life coach-CBT-?!

You can self refer for (free) CBT via NHS locally and be seen at your GP Practice or elsewhere.

Also provide signposting to more appropriate/self-directed/online resources etc if what they offer is not for you.

The CASSEL Centre in Waldram Park Road SE23,have several counsellors who have CBT training - I am afraid I do not know their charges
