Hi all,

My Current 'Women Only Group Circuit Classes' are 5 times a week:

Please check my website for the class times/days and to book yourself in.

My classes are awesome.

And my booking system is great as you can:

1) book each class online

2) cancel up to 24 hours in advance

3) just book a drop in session

4) or buy a block of 6(valid for 7weeks) or a block of 12 class passes (valid for 14 weeks)

Drop in: ?17

6 passes: ?90

12 passes ?168 (?14 per class, the cheapest option)

Classes are flexible, because:

5)you can block book some sessions on the dates you can make, or you can pick another day/time for a particular week if you prefer so

6) the classes are currently limited with 8 people and you can see the available slots left for each class online

7) if the class is fully booked, you can sign up to be in the waiting list and if someone cancels their session, you get a notification

8) you can pay either online through the booking page by using your card or you can pay at the class

9) you can see how many used/paid passes you have left on my website

Gokay?s classes are really great. I would totally recommend them. You can arrive feeling fed up/distracted and always leave feeling positive and strong. I have discovered a love of weights from these classes and no longer feel hesitant or shy in the gym. Gokay?s classes give confidence and have definitely changed my body shape for the better!

Gokay and the class members are so welcoming and friendly and there is always much laughter.

Gokay has created a place where you get fit and have a sense of support and belonging. Just brilliant.

I?ve been attending Gokay?s classes for the last few months and I thoroughly enjoy it! I feel great and can definitely see a change in my physic and fitness level. Classes are well structured and If you have any injuries he?ll adjust the exercise for you. Besides the hard work that we put into it we also have a good laugh...gets the endorphins going! I?d highly recommend his classes if you want to make a change with added fun!

Gokay?s classes are excellent! The group sessions are structured, fun and push you to your individual limits. Gokay ensures you get the most out of the hour session and doesn?t let you slack (trust me I?ve tried).

Would highly recommend anyone who wants to start, continue or progress with their exercise and life style change to give him a visit. Money well spent.

I can't recommend Gokay's fitness classes highly enough. I have been attending once or twice a week for several months and I have seen a marked improvement in my fitness and overall wellbeing. Group classes are fun and invariably incorporate new exercises. Gokay provides great motivation for all levels.

    • https://www.assistancedogs.org.uk/information-hub/assistance-dogs-emotional-support-dogs-and-therapy-dogs/   hello   i’d be interested to understand if anyone.has experience of Assistance Dogs especially for autistic children of different ages for emotional support and therapy   There was a prior thread on this topic on EDF 10 hrs ago but it had limited experiences and there was a (claimed) change in UK legislation in 2019. Whilst the industry appears unregulated/unlicensed, there are several providers (approx 15, perhaps more) who claim to have fully trained dogs or say that they can help families to train a puppy/young dog over the 18-24 months.  The latter obviously comes with a need for strong commitment to the challenge. Costs for a fully trained assistance dog are quoted at £13-15k albeit they claim £23k total cost to train the dog. On the one hand, this could potentially be a useful solution for some families if such a dog was truly trained as their websites claim and such a dog was accepted in public places and schools etc… On the other hand, I don’t think that I’ve ever seen an assistance dog of this type or in this context (only for a blind or partially sighted person) and hence a real risk of fraud or exploitation! The SEN challenge for families coupled with limited resources in schools or from local authorities or the NHS as well as the extremely challenging experience of many families with schools offering little or no support or making the situation worse leaves a big risk of lots of different types of fraud and or exploitation in this area.
    • Hi there  We live on Woodwarde Road backing on to Alleyns Top Field.  Our cat Gigi has gone missing — it’s been about 24 hours now. She is a cream Bengal. Could you please check sheds, garages, or anywhere she might have got stuck please? And if you could keep an eye out or share on any local groups/forums, we’d really appreciate it. Photo attached.   Thanks so much! My name is Jeff on 07956 910068.
    • Colin.    One for the old school.   Just saying.
    • Signed, and I will share it elsewhere, thank you for posting this. It's got nearly 70,000 signatures at present, and apparently runs till February.
