He tried to find a solution and succeeded. I asked to look at a few other things and this wasn't a problem for Kaysie, despite that he wasn't booked for this. He doesn't rush, he does a good job. Was so thorough and nice that I asked him to come back and install some outdoor electrics for us.reasonably priced, thorough and an absolute gent. Will definitely use again.
