Help with lifting boxes this Saturday

We need some help moving some boxes and items down from the loft and up from the cellar. Nothing stupidly heavily but my husband has recently had a back op so is unable to do it and it's a bit beyond my strength. Ideally we'd like someone to come next Saturday 15th for three hours.   Do you mean The Dream Machine? Used to sell vinyl and musicians used to go there and play? Don't know about the hifi repair! If that's what you are thinking of, I can put you in touch with the guy who used to run it if you PM me.
