old sorting office

Does anyone know whether the development of the old sorting office on Silvester Rs into flats and houses is about to start? All morning two guys have been breaking up the paving by the old entrance with a pneumatic drill without any ear protection and lots of boards and 2x4s have been delivered. The guys who lived in the building for a while have gone and the door has been replaced...

Went by yesterday and there is wooden hoarding up at the front in Sylvester Road and workmen wandering in the front and back of the building
