While I appreciate your concern, it's a very large, furnished room in a 2 bedroom, beautiful semi-detached duplex victorian house with a garden, just around the corner from the train station.

This cost is reflective of the rent and all utilities, and is not being offered at a weekly rate. I'm not an agent, simply a renter trying to cover the cost of the room while I am gone for the summer.

I'm sure you will have better luck on Airbnb if that is what you are looking for, I've also seen some mattresses in the Rye that might be more your budget. Cheers.
