Badminton anyone???

Hi long time no posts... sorry

Does anyone know of a Badminton club in the area, I used to play weekly & in local competions YEARS ago (like 18 years). New Years Resolution to get back into it for fitness & social aspects but not sure where nearest courts are.

If anyone knows of a local club where you dont have to be a pro player to join in & can just pop along & play a friendly game I would be grateful to hear of any details.

Just found an old thread apparently Harris sports centre off East Dulwich Road? has courts The only Harris sports centre i know is the fusion at the Harris school (the old Waveley) But i don't know?!?!

;-) Awww bless you Mike, hey I have a very dodgy knee (long term injury) knackered right shoulder & YES I am right handed + I recently had a railway sleeper drop on my heel & sprain my Achilles tendon & heel so get me whilst I am injured & out of practice..... No seriously its all talk... I used to play but that was over 15 years ago *sigh*

I had muscle ache in my right arm last time i played with one of the kids at work! my right arm is very unfit yunno.
