The ESPH open day is happening from 9am - 1pm on Saturday 14th September and the expert physio team is offering the opportunity for people to have a FREE 15 minute physio session to discuss any ailments/concerns with a professional. The appointments are only bookable on the day at reception on a first come, first served basis. We also have free class tasters, free massages, free health tests and loads more! Come and find out if you are fit for life!

  Much as I'd like to support the Co op, I think the one in Lordship Lane is a really depressing place to shop in, and it would be great if a Waitrose replaced it. I don't suppose M&S would be delighted, though (and Waitrose probably wouldn't move in, for the same reason).
