V7 Local Rudest Retailer on the lane?

Lugged a Collect Plus box down to V7 today, was told firstly to bring it back tomorrow, then secondly, they wouldn't take it at all. This isn't the first time I've had such brusque treatment in there. Not sure why they sign up to the service if it?s such a trial for them?

The guy in there had me practically in tears once.

I had lugged down a very large and heavy parcel. I specifically took it there because it was the nearest collection point.

They told me to take it elsewhere. I can't remember why now, but whatever the reason they had no notice up about it. I think it was that they only took in parcels in the mornings, and this was the afternoon.

I then had to lug it to the little supermarket in Barry Road (where the people were absolutely charming).

I always use Barry Road now. And I have never been in V7 for any purpose whatsoever since.

I had a delivery sent to V7 and they refused it on arrival, it caused no end of bother trying to get it

I complained to Collect Plus about this shop.

I can't understand how they are allowed to still be a collection point.

Maybe nobody else has complained?
