Dermatologist Reccomendation Wanted

Has anyone used a private dermertologist they can reccomend? Local if possible. Need a removal of a warty thing!

I have been a patient at the dermatology department of Kings for many years, for many of them up to the present date under the care of consultant Dr Saqib Bashir. He also sees patients privately at the Guthrie Wing of Kings, the London Clinic and theSloane in Beckenham. According to one website, he prefers referrals, but does see patients without.

I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Not private but there is an excellent dermatologist based at Elm Lodge surgery in Burbage Road, Herne Hill.

Can't remember her name. Your GP can refer you.

annabel42 I'll contact Dr Bashir. I can't get a GP's appointment for 3 weeks and then will have to wait months for an NHS appointment as it won't be deemed medically urgent though it's personally urgent for me.

I saw Adam Friedman at Harley Street Dermatology Clinic for a very nasty Verruca that a GP and local podiastrst couldn't treat - I had one treatment and it worked!

I looked at Eudelo (Dr Stefanie Williams) for removal of skin tags but the one I really hated fell off so left it.

Lots of people looking at full on cosmetic surgery though and it is very expensive.

I actually got an appointment quite quickly, and mine wasn't urgent, so might be worth asking?
