Just had a family meal at 500 Degrees.

Fabulous service, attentive and friendly staff, but most of all a great selection of starters, including my favourite Burrata and loads of Pizza choices cooked in front of you in a big wooden fire.

My teen and 8 year old gobbled up what was in front of them and better still, they serve Morretti on draught!

Would recommend locals try out this new place. You won't be disappointed!!

Give it a try this weekend - 41 Lordship Ln, East Dulwich, London SE22 8EW

My issue is with those who continue to drive whatever barriers (physical and others) are put in their place.  Hopefully with time more will use cars less, share journeys, decide that the journey is not essential eg working from home instead etc.  CleanAirDulwich, from my take, are mainly pushing active transport; one more journey walked is one less car on the road.
    • An improvement but I wonder if a patient can also call ( or walk-in) no to make an appointment in advance or just via the app.  I still want to know about their *rule* that you can only request a referral on two particular days in the week.
    • I find this happens more and more these days - especially on Sunday evenings or early in the week. I just no longer believe advertised opening hours in bars and restaurants I find it annoying and I understand Sue's annoyance But as Spartacus' excellent post makes clear - it's not really any of the business fault these days. Overheads are astronomically higher and I'm sure they would like to have a full restaurant and keep place open. Customer behaviours has changed and loads of places are having to be nimble and do the best they can. That won't always align with what I want. Sign of the times   (sidenote: no,  Brexit didn't cause this. But as with everything in GB, it's there as an additional factor and makes it that bit worse than other countries face with similar post-pandemic challenges)
    • Wondered if anyone knew if the Hillsborough Road school restriction will be lifted during the road works, as access in and out is going to be difficult from Glengarry on to EDG.
