giggirl
I've been re-furnishing my house so inevitably spending a lot of money and dealing with lots of different retailers with varying levels of customer service. Sometimes it feels like no matter how much money I spend, getting what I want is not as easy as it sould be. I despair of what passes for so called customer-service, I really do. Except for the marvellous www.sofa.com - in a league of their own.I bought a sofa from www.sofa.com and it arrived yesterday. I wasn't completely happy with it. I wanted a bigger one - my mistake - I should have measured properly and ordered a bigger one. So I phoned them to see if anything could be done and they're picking it up (free of charge) and delivering a bigger one (free of charge). No drama. When you phone them, you don't get put on hold or passed on to someone else or phoned back. Whoever picks up the call deals with the call - no hold music! They have a showroom at Chelsea which is a bit out of the way but when you get there they let you make yourself a cup of tea. Others could learn from them on the customer service front. I've got a Stella BTW, which is lovely. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/24027-sofacom-amazing-customer-service/ Share on other sites

giggirl
I'm afraid not Paul; they're coming to pick it up on Friday so they can bring the new one. I'll definitely be Christening the new one but hopefully not with red wine.
