I've got to get a bag with my son's name on it for his nursery. I've found one online and there is a choice of how to print the name - either all lowercase letters or with a capital at the beginning. I wanted to get it done the same way that he will first be taught it at school to help him recognise and write it. Do children get taught all lowercase lettering first? I wondered if any wiser Forumites could help me out with my education?

Many thanks in advance.

    • Well thanks for enriching the conversation.  Would you chuck Fah - rage in too for his tax avoidance on his property?   I expect it was lead story on Jeremy Vine too.  Doesn't make it a story, just a bit more of BBC tabloid style sensationalism.  There are numerous real news stories in the UK and across the world.  And now, apt for Halloween, you have summoned up the ghost of Louisa. So for the third time, will you now eat humble pie?
