Recommended Posts

Demystify the Dos and Don?ts of exercise and nutrition during and after pregnancy at ESPH?s open morning on November the 21st from 11:00 to 13:00.

Throughout the morning, ESPH experts will run free workshops to demonstrate the benefits of Pilates and building core strength. Clinical director, Libby Sharp, and her team will discuss how physiotherapy can effectively realign the body after childbirth, while a drop-in information hub will run all morning allowing visitors to discuss pregnancy and fitness matters with a team of experts. Plus, there will be exclusive offers on membership and a free creche.

Also launching on the day is ESPH?s new 10-week Mums? Fit group exercise programme. This course is perfect for new mums who want support and guidance while they regain fitness and strength following pregnancy. Experts will guide mums through a series of classes using physiotherapy, nutrition, Pilates, Yoga and strength training. Plus, there is the added benefit of support from other new mums.

ESPH recently launched its Mother and Baby Postnatal Mat Pilates; a new class that gives mums the chance to exercise with their babies in the room. ESPH is also increasing its portfolio of classes in December to include Antenatal Yoga, Antenatal Pilates and Postnatal Yoga.
