Mums' fit 10-week Postnatal Exercise Group at ESPH

Recommended Posts

Get your Mojo back with ESPH?s new 10-week Mums? Fit postnatal group exercise programme created exclusively for new mums.

During the 10 weeks, you will be guided by ESPH experts through a series of classes that will re-align your body, rebuild strength and kick-start your fitness levels so that you?re ready to take on the world ? or a newborn baby at least!

Everyone experiences a unique pregnancy and birth, so ESPH?s team of experts will work with individuals to create bespoke training goals which will be measured at the end of each course. We?ve even included discounted creche places in the package price, so you can benefit from some me-time too. With 10 students in each course, there will be the added support of talking to other new mums about their experiences.

The first Mums? Fit programme starts on Thursday, November 28th at 11:45 am. The programme is open to members and non-members and the cost is ?149, with an additional 10% discount for anyone who signs-up at our open morning on 21st November from 11am to 1pm.

    • I had lots of books to donate to the HH Oxfam bookshop a few months ago.                I phoned them, and they told me I could drive to the rear of the shop, where parking is easy.  They gave me directions, and came out to meet me when I arrived.  They were very helpful, and grateful for the donation. So it's definitely worth ringing them!
    • Called Tessa Jowell GP Surgery today after failing to get two repeat prescriptions from the pharmacy.  When I asked the pharmacy, I was told that they had been requested but not sent by the surgery.  After speaking to the surgery I was told that those two items were no longer on my repeat prescriptions.  I was told I would need a prescription review. Earliest date would be the 22 September.  That is utterly ridiculous.  Surely someone from the surgery should have contacted me to tell me this after requesting the repeat prescriptions two weeks ago.    Also, apparently, there is no point sending an email regarding prescriptions as they are not actioned nor replied to as I have discovered.
    • Erm... guessing it's like any service... so you can receive/be part of something relevant to you in the area where you happen to reside. You don't have to sign up but you might miss out on an excellent Tesco offer or two. 🤷‍♀️
