Broadband probs anyone?

I'm with Talk Talk and my internet went on Tuesday. Phoned Talk Talk yesterday around 6pm, fixed by 10pm. Think there was a problem at the exchange.

We've had no internet or phone since the beginning of the week and BT are being difficult with finding the cause, could it be related to any of the above problems? Broadband is with O2 but line rental is BT.

We've been having ongoing problem for at least 2 months with BT broadband. Took until this week for them to admit there was a problem and they are in the area fixing it - but don't call them, they will call us when it is all done

O2 have shut down the service in this area while they do some upgrading, it will affect different roads at different times. They quoted me 7 days with no access when I phoned to ask why I had no internet 2 days ago, but by the next day ours was up and running again.
