Hi, we have just had our's finished - complete re-furbishment walls, ceiling and floor, moving bath and shower, installing extractor and 4 new ceiling lights, tiling, new door and bathroom cabinets and have no problem with recommending Linton from ML Building Direct - 07930 332352. Great guy, turns up at exactly the time he says he will, works long hard hours. Even came and worked all day Saturday to make up time, after coming across a problem with our floors that had to be rectified. Very polite, cleans up and have no issue with leaving him in the house while we are at work.
  5. Hi, we contacted the Kennel Club of Great Britain and they provided us with a list of approved breeders. That way you can be sure you are not using a puppy farm, that the lineage is correct (i.e. that brothers and sisters are not being mated etc). They have lots of good tips on their web site and are very helpful

  10. Hi, have had one for over a year now (was called something different) and we think it is great. Asked the engineer whether he thought the room thermos or this was best & he recommended this
  11. As mentioned before we have used Hamish and would have no hesitation in using him again. He came and completed our work while we were away on holiday, so no need for us to be there. Hamish, I don't think you have to worry about your reputation - on here at least.
  12. Sorry, meant to say the warranty doesn't come from Bespoke - it is direct from Fensa. Maybe contact them to find out reason for hold up.
  13. Hi, we used Bespoke last summer and have only good things to say about the customer service. The warranty arrived about 2/3 months after completion. When I called to say that their advertising boards were still in place, 3 days after the agreed time, Murray (company owner) came at 7.30 the next morning to sort out.
