antantant
Hiya all,Are there any baby and parent cinema screenings on weekends anywhere nearby that anyone knows about? The Mrs and I would quite like to go together with our 4 month old but all the screenings I can find at Greenwich or Brixton or The Electric are during the week. Thanks,Anthony Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/24661-baby-and-parent-cinema-on-weekends/ Share on other sites
Gooders79
Clapham picturehouse used to do a Sunday morning viewing but I can't find anything listed for forthcoming viewings... antantant
Heya Oimissus, Some ODEON's do have "Newbies" but not at Surrey Quays, thanks for the suggestion though. czosnek
Hi Anthony,I usually take me little one to Clapham Picture House - they do Saturday screening - have a look at the What's On section - the purple blocks are for parents & kids only :)http://www.picturehouses.co.uk/cinema/Clapham_Picturehouse/Whats_On/All/This_Week/The seats are really big, very comfy and they dont fold which makes life much easier, especially when you have a little baby - my daughter often sleeps on that seat or I just sit her up there.Hope this helps!Di Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/24661-baby-and-parent-cinema-on-weekends/#findComment-563025 Share on other sites
Cheryl_M
Great thread! My partner and I have been thinking about this for a while. I'll check out the Clapham one. Cheers! antantant
Thanks for the replies. The Clapham one looks like it's for parents with children and shows childrens movies rather than parents with babies, where I was rather hoping to watch the Dark Knight or similar! I guess it will have to do though. Thanks for your suggestions. gebbjane
Cineworld allow babes in arms at daytime showings http://www.cineworld.co.uk/ticketinformation to films that are 12a or below, so you can go to batman. So either canary wharf or o2 Greenwich.
