I have a comfortable double room ( or 2) available for rent ?650 pcm in my lovely 4 bedroom home ( 2 bathrooms, WiFi, Netflix etc ) with garden in East Dulwich, shops, restaurants and bars , picturehouse cinema on the doorstep and near to trendy Peckham. Well connected East Dulwich and Denmark hill stations are nearby and lots of buses, 176, 40, 12 and 185 to name but a few. I make jewellery and write. I like cinema, the arts, reading, good food, seeing friends and family , Thai chi , tennis, table tennis ( have a table here ) . I speak some French and Spanish.

It is a friendly, quiet , relaxed , clean home with plenty of space and privacy.

Don?t hesitate to ask any questions. Can email photos.

If you might be interested please tell me a little more about yourself.....

Hi, would you be open to my wife and I, plus our 7 months old child moving in? We need to leave out flat for a month whilst it is decorated and are looking for somewhere for a month. Our daughter is (amazingly) very relaxed and sleeps all through the night.

If so, I'd be happy to pop round to say hello and introduce myself.

All the best,

Paul

I dont know.
    • Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone here buys Bonne Maman jam? I’d love to upcycle the empty jars if you're planning to throw them out. I'm hoping to make my own jam and would really appreciate using those cute jars for it. Thanks
    • There's been a pub/inn (The Green Man) on that site for hundreds of years. Shown on Rocques map 1746. A mixed redevelopment pub/affordable residential/commercial maybe some lower cost offices/studios would help refresh this area. Skatepark must stay surely.  Looks a lot of fun. and much needed on the area. There has to be a pub of some sort.  The rationalisation of the pedestrian crossing is long overdue (it used to be a Zebra crossing years ago) and much welcomed. Hopefully this could encourage greater use of Cox's Walk and the woods. If we had somewhere to eat and drink at the end of a walk through the woods. Or for those old enough who have used the skatepark, it could be an attraction again. The Dulwich Estate need to get off their obsession with corporate tenants (although to be fair they have allowed some independent commercial tenants into some of the smaller premises) and get a smaller, more agile, pub operator in there.
